We represent both borrowers and lenders in several types of lending transactions.  We advise clients regarding acquisition and construction financing for single-family residential, multi-family residential, office, industrial and retail projects.  Our experience also includes forms of non-conventional financing, such as equity participation loans.  

The following are examples of financial institutions we have represented in residential and commercial real estate closings:  Alabama Telco Credit Union, Everbank, First American Bank, First Commercial Bank, and Regions Bank.  We hold insured closing letters from the following title insurance companies:  Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, LandAmerica Companies (e.g., Lawyer’s Title Insurance Corporation and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company), and Stewart Title Guaranty Company.
